Room Rental Includes

• 7 hours rental after the start of the event. Bride and Groom have access to the facility all day, but 7 hours from the start of the ceremony for the grounds.
• Wedding Coordination- set up, details, ordering for additional items
• Use of the Bridal Suite (until start of Ceremony) *lunch provided for up to 6 people, additional guests lunch available for purchase 
• Use of the Grooms Barn (until start of Ceremony)*lunch provided for up to 6 people, additional guests lunch available for purchase 
• Setup –  linens, tables, tableware, glassware before the wedding/reception
• Cleanup and collection of all items after the wedding/reception
• Basic Tables (specialty tables can be rented at additional cost)
• Indoor Chairs (outdoor chairs must be rented at additional cost)
• Bartender fee (alcohol is and additional charge)

Additional Costs: linens, outside chair rental, inside chair rental if needed, food and bar service.
