Wedding/ Reception Event Rental Rates

Room Rental Includes

  • 7 hours rental after the start of the event. Bride and Groom have access to the facility all day, but 7 hours from the start of the ceremony for the grounds.
  • Wedding Coordination- set up, details, ordering for additional items
  • Use of the Bridal Suite (until start of Ceremony) 
  • Use of the Grooms Barn (until start of Ceremony)
  • Setup –  linens & tables before the wedding/reception
  • Cleanup and collection of all items after the wedding/reception
  • Basic Tables (specialty tables can be rented at additional cost)
  • Standard Linens (white, ivory, or black)
  • Indoor Chairs (outdoor chairs must be rented at additional cost)
  • Bartender fee (alcohol is an additional charge)

Additional Costs: Upgraded linens, outside chair rental, inside chair rental if needed, alcohol and beverage packages.

$5300/per day

Please note: No outside Alcohol allowed on site.
